We had a lovely time at this beautiful lodge. We went to the sea life centre today – really enjoyed it! We went walking almost every day – we went up Conic Hill, The Cobbler, Ben Lomond, Einn Narnan via Crasaon Naim Missaey (not of the unfit or feint hearted, certainly in November).
After our long wet walks we enjoyed coming home to the wonderful fire and the whirlpool bath. We went to the Loch Lomond Hotel a lot for drinks which was really nice.
A wonderful location. A big thank you to everyone for making us have a pleasant stay.
Many thanks,

We have had a most enjoyable week. On the whole the weather has been good & warm.
We have explored the area well. The stops at various places have been lovely.
The cottage is very comfortable, well equipped, well appointed and tastefully furnished.

Had a lovely week even though the weather was not kind to us on some days.
It is 12 years since we were here and very little has changed. We will not be waiting another 12 years before we return!

This Lodge was cosy and comfortable. A good location for visiting our relatives in Balloch.
Visited Balmaha and took in some lovely walks round the loch. Duck Bay Marina was perfect for a family meal overlooking the loch.

We love the Cottage and the weather was dry most of the time which meant we could do plenty of walking, especially around Loch Lomond.
We went to Luss and Balmaha where we ended up climbing Conic Hill due to taking a wrong turning on the forest trail! It was a tough climb but well worth it for the views across Loch Lomond. We also did a lot of walking along the West Highland Way and visited Rowardennan and climbed Ben Lomond.
We walked from the cottage into Helensburgh and back and looked around the area into Glen Fruin along the road at the back of the cottage. We have eaten out everyday with no complaints. We wanted a walking/hiking holiday and that’s what we got, spending whole days doing just that.
The scenery of Scotland is beautiful and we have enjoyed every minute here. A wonderful holiday, wish we could stay longer.

Dear Craig & Alison,
Had a great stay at Crosskeys it is so wonderful here, the Cottage is so comfy and well situated for the city as well as the country. Our German Shepherds, Missy & Max loved all the walks as did we.
We will certainly recommend Crosskeys to our friends and family, quite sad to be leaving tomorrow so thanks for a wonderful stay.
